Duration – One Year
Eligibility Criteria – The candidate must have completed DOMS (Opth.) or DNB (Opth.)
Objective – To train the Ophthalmologist through an advanced and exhaustive program to enhance skills in the recent advances in cataract diagnosis and management.
Fellowship Description – This is the more advanced course with a total 360-degree approach. The fellow is guided in sequential steps for preparedness for surgeries. The fellow participates in all aspects of the hospital including academic conferences, resident training, and OPD management. The fellow is mentored by none other than Dr.C.M.Wavikar.
Evaluation – The fellows are continuously evaluated during each step and at the end of the fellowship program. Here, the fellows are asked to complete a self-evaluation document before the commencement of the fellowship. The members of the faculty in charge review & evaluate the performance of each fellow.
